Privacy and cookie policy of the www.bi-polska.pl service

The www.bi-polska.pl service (“Service”) is owned by Bouygues Immobilier Polska Limited Liability Company based in Warsaw, 14 Armii Ludowej Avenue, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS (National Court Register) number 0000023187 (“Owner”).

By commencing to use the Service, the User accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms presented below, you are not authorized to use the Service.

The Owner respects the Service Users’ right to privacy. When using the Service, the User remains anonymous as long as he/she wishes.

The User’s personal data are collected by the Owner only when the User concerned voluntarily agrees to that.

The Service’s website features a contact form which the User can fill in, giving the following personal data: his/her first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. However, the decision to fill in the contact form and provide the selected personal data is voluntary and belongs to the User.

The personal data given by the User when filling in the contact form in the Service will be used for the purpose of sending an answer to the User’s question, if the User agrees to that.

Additionally, the User may express his/her consent to his/her personal data being processed for marketing purposes by the Owner and to receiving electronically sent commercial information from the Owner.

The personal data given by the User in the contact form are administered by Bouygues Immobilier Polska Limited Liability Company based in Warsaw, 14 Armii Ludowej Avenue. The Service Users who have provided their personal data have a right to access the data, correct them, or request discontinuation of their processing.

In order to exercise your right to access your data, correct your data or request discontinuation of processing of your personal data, you should send an e-mail to the address: marketing@bi-polska.pl and indicate your request.

Intellectual property rights

Any materials, information, data, layouts and trademarks placed in the Service are subject to legal protection provided for in the provisions of the Act of 04.02.1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 90, item 631 with subsequent amendments). It is forbidden to use, copy, publish or provide the above information to third parties for commercial purposes without obtaining a prior written consent of the Service Owner, including specification of the scope of the information concerned. The Users can use any information made available in the Service exclusively within the limits of allowed personal use.

Additional provisions

The Owner reserves the right to change and modify this Privacy Policy at any time; such changes, however, will not limit the scope of protection of the Users’ personal data. No changes made will affect the fundamental principle of the Privacy Policy, pursuant to which the Service Owner does not provide or sell to third parties the personal data given by the Users.
