Having adopted since 2006 an ambitious sustainable development and green building policy as a long-term strategy and vision, Bouygues Immobilier has now become a benchmark setter in the field, with a strong focus on innovation:

  • Green Office® for offices with a positive energy balance (new buildings that generate more energy than they actually consume),trong focus on innovation:
  • Rehagreen® for the green heavy refurbishment of existing buildings,
  • UrbanEra® for the urban planning and development of sustainable neighbourhoods.

Bouygues Immobilier has developed its own brand Green Office® to label all its positive-energy commercial properties.
The first Green Office® project was delivered in 2011 in the Paris Region and is the Global Headquarters of the Steria Group. Thanks to the renewable energy produced on site, over a full year of operation, the 23,000 m² building generated a total positive energy balance of approx. 140,000 kWh, ie. the equivalent of the annual electric consumption of 200 households in Poland.
Since then, 2 new Green Office® projects have been launched and are currently under construction, totalling close to 40,000 m² of offices with a positive energy balance.

The firm was established in Poland in 2001 and is well recognized for developing residential projects in Warsaw. Over 10 years, more than 2,000 apartments have been sold to clients living in Warsaw.
In the summer of 2013, Bouygues Immobilier Polska delivered their first office complex Miasteczko Orange, located on Al. Jerozolimskie 160 in Warsaw, which comprises five buildings totalling 43,700 m² of leasable office space. This project was developed specifically for telecommunications company Orange Polska under a “Build-to-Suit” scheme.
This first office project is the best example of the company’s ability to focus on its clients’ needs and was the largest office complex in Poland to achieve the Certification BREEAM with an “Excellent” level.
West Point 120 is the company’s second office Project in Poland and aims at providing the same level of service and satisfaction to its future tenants.
