    The provision of personal data is not a statutory or a contractual requirement and not a precondition for concluding an agreement. The provision of data is voluntary and you are not required to provide them.
    Failure to provide your personal data will result in the Company not being capable of processing your data for marketing purposes with respect to the products and services offered by the Company and in the Company not being able to present you with a commercial offer.
