Once all the formalities are completed and the General Contractor is selected, we start the construction of the project and your future apartment. Work is in progress on fencing and clearing the plot before the construction begins.
This is the stage, where the construction works have been brought to the ground level. Examples of works at this stage include securing an excavation pit, pouring a foundation slab or erecting garage hall walls.
This is the moment when progress on the construction site is most visible to the naked eye! Reaching the open shell stage requires work on all walls, ceilings and the roof. Usually at this stage installations are already distributed in specific apartments and the building.
This stage only seemingly does not differ much from the open shell stage. The building shell stage is reached when windows are installed in all places and the building is protected from weather conditions, and it is possible to conduct finishing works inside the building.
After finishing works are completed, the building undergoes a detailed inspection by appropriate authorities such as the Fire Department or the Poviat Construction Supervision Inspectorate. These authorities check the conformity of the works with the building permit design and after issuing a positive opinion - issue an occupancy permit for the building.
